Located at 1018 Harper Ave NW, Lenoir, NC, United States, 28645 the 11 Annual Carolina Tattoo & Arts Convention features. Tattoo artists from across the country come together in a hometown setting to tattoo over the weekend. An opportunity to meet or be tattooed by some of the most talented artists. We will be set up her for one day only, September 5 from 12pm to 10 pm. Come and join us alongside other great vendors and amazing artists!

The 44th Annual Morganton Festival wouldn’t be complete without the show stopping musical lineup for which the festival is known and loved!
